Every child or adult who walks into Pusat Dyslexia Setia is respected and accepted unconditionally
irrespective of learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia or Dyscalculia. Disabilities like
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delays
(GDD) or learning disorders with traces of Autism.
People with learning disabilities can succeed when individualized, self-management skills are developed
and the relevant accommodation is provided. These individualized sessions depend on the severity of the
difficulties and challenges faced by the individual.
We believe that every child has the potential to bloom. The priority here is to focus on an individual's strengths, innate qualities, talents, hidden aspirations and bring out the best in the child. This requires knowledge of child psychology, child behaviour , child counselling and being their personal academic coach as well.
Our specialty is helping children develop skills that makes learning easier. Our sessions are customized to meet each student's needs. We have individualized education plans to suit each student's cognitive level, ability and understanding. These coaching sessions are conducted on a one to one basis (one teacher: one student) in our studio classrooms.
Social and emotional factors are of paramount importance in education. Emotional factors enhance a child's self-concept and self- esteem to promote effective learning. In this way we promote wholesome growth, guidance and render assistance and support to students with special needs.

When fun is incorporated in your learning process, motivation and interest to learn is developed.
